Delegate Fleischauer moves to amend the H FIN AM #1 on line 1, before the word “Notwithstanding” by inserting the subsection designation “(a)” and, on line 12, following the period by inserting a new subsection (b) to read as follows:

“(b) The agency shall provide coverage for plan participants of medically-necessary equipment and supplies for the treatment or management of diabetes for both insulin-dependent and noninsulin-dependent persons with diabetes and those with gestational diabetes.   Cost sharing shall not exceed $100 for a 30-day supply.”
